Orbit 2017 Holiday Schedule

With the holidays rapidly approaching, we want to coordinate website updates and special holiday activity with you to ensure a smooth and successful holiday season. We are ready to help!

If you need assistance preparing your holiday special, blog post, page content, or coupon, please reach out to Orbit Support (support.orbitmedia.com or send an email to help@orbitmedia.com) as soon as possible.

Also, every December, Orbit initiates a code freeze. This allows us to wrap up any current programming and to minimize any issues over the holiday. While we will continue to be available for support issues and emergencies during the code freeze, no new code will be released on a live website.

Please note our holiday schedule: 

Orbit’s offices are closed: November 23rd - November 24th for the Thanksgiving holiday

Code freeze: December 18th - January 1st

Orbit’s offices are closed: December 25th - January 1st for the Christmas and New Year holidays

We will resume normal business activities on January 2nd.

During the holidays we will be available for emergency support only through email at help@orbitmedia.com and www.orbitmedia.com/support. Please be sure to include contact information so we can follow up ASAP.

Authorize.Net Notice

Authorize.Net has notified us of their intent to discontinue support of TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 on September 18, 2017. 
 
Orbit is currently in the process of testing and making any necessary updates to our servers. This should not impact your website.
 
We will complete this work by June 30, 2017.
 
No action is necessary on your part. However, if you do receive an email from Authorize.net please forward it to help@orbitmedia.com and we will provide updates as we complete testing on your site.
