0:00 Hello, I'm going to show you how to update and manually select posts in a post feed block on Elementor. We're looking at a post feed block right here on the front end, and if we come to the back end of this example, you'll notice there's two sections that you can edit.
0:18 The header area where you can update the header content. And then if we come down here to our post feed container, you'll see something called the loop grid.
0:27 If you click on this loop grid, your editor over here will change. Uh, and you can filter. Filter this a couple of ways.
0:34 The way you'll filter this is by clicking on this section here that says query. And then we can come in here and click include by.
0:41 Uh, when you click here, it will give you the option to select a term or an author. So you could filter by, uh, author.
0:48 For if you've got, like, specific authors that you want to filter for, or you can select term, which is what you'll be doing most of the time, probably.
0:56 So if we select term, we can then come down here and search for the term we want. We've got all placeholder content right now, so I'm just gonna search for.
1:04 How to go re, uh, we'll filter for category two, for instance, and now all of the posts that are showing in our loop grid are posts from category two.
1:16 The other thing you can do is select individual posts manual. To do that, you're going to actually change the source of the query right here from posts to manual selection.
1:28 And then you'll get this search bar where you can start searching for post names, uh, and you can grab them individually.
1:37 Like this. That's all there is to it. Once you've made your changes, you'll click the update button and you should have a manual selection post feed block on the front end.
