There are two places to manage the footer areas in Elementor
  1. Appearance > Menus >
  2. Templates > Search for Footer
Here are the instructions for both options:

Appearance > Menus >

From Appearance > Menus > and the "Select a menu to edit" drop down select one of the footer nav options or the copyright nav option

From here you can add remove or modify the pages you wish to see within any of the footer menus.
Don't forget to click Save at the bottom of the screen.

From Templates > Search for Footer > Hover over the Footer option and click Edit with Elementor

From the Edit with Elementor screen, you can edit the footer section copy, column titles, links, and social media links as needed.

The social media links are edited, by clicking the pencil icon, then editing the links on the left side rail:

0:00 Hello, in this video I'm going to show you how to update your footer section. In the sandbox, our footer looks like this down here at the bottom.
0:09 The footer section here can be edited within the Elementor Theme Builder. So I'll show you, there's a couple different ways to get into it.
0:19 Now, one of the easiest ways to do it is on the page that you're looking at, hover over Edit with Elementor, and you'll see Theme Builder is listed as the bottom item.
0:28 Uhm, under the Elementor drop-down. you've entered into the Theme Builder, you can then see all the various elements that are here.
0:35 Your header is also here, as well as your footer, and sometimes we have Blog, Archive, and, and other items. Your 404 page is also within the Theme Builder.
0:45 Now let's get into our footer. By clicking this X, you edit button up here, you'll be able to get into the Elementor editor for that specific element of your website, and by just clicking into any of these items, you can get to an editor, so you can update that information.
1:07 Some of these items are dynamically pulled, and you can tell because they are listed as, say, a footer navigation that's dynamically pulled in from your menu editor, or we have the social media icons over here.
1:21 These you can edit the length. as well as the icon, and then the order that you place it in, you can also drag and drop it.
1:28 And that's how you get into your footer editor. I'm going to exit and show there's a couple other places you can edit these elements.
1:41 When you're in the back end of the dashboard, you can also get to the Theme Builder by hovering over templates, and that's where you can access your Theme Builder by Elementor.
1:55 Once you're in the Theme Builder, if you want to exit back out to WordPress, you can come up here to the X, and that'll take you right back to your dashboard.
2:04 All right, that's what you need to know. Thanks for watching.
