You should see it when you first open up Elementor on a page, but if you do need to access it because it's gone away, you've accidentally hit the X here, you can find it down here, where these little stacked icons are, and

0:16: that will open it back up. Additionally, if you want to keep it out of the way, you can put it up in the corner, and it should lock to the corner.

0:22: Sometimes it doesn't want to do it. There it goes. Uh, but the Navigator tool is extremely helpful for dragging and dropping any of your blocks, as well as right-click, copy and pasting, or doing other things.

0:37: Use it to delete certain elements that you don't want in there, or duplicating them. So that's how you find your Navigator.
