0:00 Hello! Today I'm going to show you how to make some updates to a translation using the WPML translator. So this is the about page for this particular site.
0:11 I have sent it through the translator, and double-checked everything, and scrolled through to make sure we've got translations of everything.
0:18 For the most part, this will do. However, I happen to know that the name for this page should actually just be this first word here, so brave.
0:26 Um, I don't know much Portuguese, but I did have, uh, we do have, um, a list of page names. That we're translated by someone who does know Portuguese, and I happen to know that this page should just be this one word.
0:37 So I'm going to come in here, um, and adjust my translation. So your English is on the left side, and the language you're translating to is on the right side.
0:46 I'm gonna come in here, remove this. And then click out of it. Now, there is something I want to do.
0:52 If I come down here and click complete translation, I'm gonna get this little notification down here that says job not finished, because I forgot to save.
0:58 Um, so that's what this little orange thing is here. Um, what you're going to do is when you're when you're done.
1:04 Uh, making updates to a translation and a line, you're going to come over to this little sidebar right here and click save and complete.
1:10 This little save icon. Once you do that, this line in the middle should turn back to blue from orange. And you're lying down here at the bottom should say 100%. And then you can.
1:20 Click complete transact, uh, translation. Um, so if you're trying to click complete translation and it doesn't work, uh, take a look down here and chances are if this doesn't say 100%, there's probably some line of text on the page that someone clicked in to try to make some updates to and just forgot
1:36 to hit the save. But, um, so that's really all there is to it. I'm gonna click complete translation and we are good to go.
1:42 Success. Translation completed.
